How are we protecting you and your students?

We understand the uncertainty of the past few months, and the next few months yet to pass. As a company, we want you to feel comfortable in your school uniform and accessory shopping. Things will be different this year, and we hope that you work with us as we figure out the correct way to do things.

Our first goal is to allow for you to do your school uniform shopping in the safest environment possible. To accomplish this, we are taking every precaution for you and your garments.

Shopping experience:

Currently, our San Juan Capistrano store is equipping to deal with an influx of customers, so we will be opening our San Juan Capistrano location to in store shopping in the next few weeks. We will be setting up an online appointment system, to monitor the number of customers in the store at once. Other avenues to get your items are to order online, and either have it shipped to your home, or come to the San Juan Capistrano location for curbside pickup.

For curbside pickup, please call our phone number, 949-488-2616 and press the extension for the San Juan Capistrano location. Give us the last name of the order, the school you purchased for, as well as a brief description of your car, the parking spot number you are occupying, and we will bring your order out to your car. Please put on your hazard lights for easy identification.

To help with sizing, we have sizing charts online, located at the bottom of the page. We are in the process of creating a virtual shopping experience, to help make sure you get the right fit for you or your student. Please stay tuned for more information!

Any on-campus shopping experiences are cancelled for the time being.

Returns/Exchanges:

As always, we are taking returns and exchanges by mail, as well as by curbside drop off for items that are unwashed and unworn. These items are then disinfected and quarantined for at least 24 hours before being put back on our shelves.

For returns, please put a note inside your sealed bag, with a copy of your order, as well as which items you are returning. This is to help us partner with our website providers to refund the correct credit card.

How are we protecting our employees?

The first hour of every working day is dedicated to cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces and commonly touched surfaces.

Every time our employees report to work, their temperature is taken by a no-contact thermometer. These temperatures are recorded and monitored daily. Masks are required for all employees when working with others.

PPE have been provided for our employees, which include sanitization tools for the store and products. Training in how to best protect our products, customers, and fellow employees is key.
